Each evening, we will explore the vast wilderness areas of the RealTime Speaking philosophy, principles, and practices.

RealTime Speaking is predicated on vulnerability, integrity, and connection; and it depends upon the integration of profound self-awareness with authentic self-expression. To become a RealTime Speaker requires a deep commitment to "be real" in front of others, and to tap into the fullness of our expressive power and potential.

In these intensive three-hour classes, participants deliver two talks in front of the audience, during and after which they receive Robert's expert coaching and encouragement, as well as group feedback. Each evening, we raise the heat a bit, expecting more and more from ourselves: more authenticity, more clarity, more confidence, more connection, more silence, more impact. Each night, we go deeper and higher and farther in our exploration of authentic self-expression and RealTime Speaking.
