Bianca has experience as a consultant, leader, manager and HR manager, and has helped develop successful corporate cultures. As HR Manager at OBS (an Australia-based IT company) Bianca saw the business achieve a 10th place in 2009 followed by a 3rd place in 2010 in the BRW Great Place to Work survey.

A degree in Information Technology and a career in IT gave her a depth of experience across many organisations. Through working as a consultant for Microsoft she developed her love for understanding and assisting organisations to develop and grow. She has managed small and large teams, has been a mentor to many, and her natural leadership skills have seen her develop many of her own training and mentoring frameworks.

Bianca is the creator of the Employee Ecosystem, which is a model to assist organisations to successfully grow and succeed through developing a highly engaged and focused workforce. The Employee Ecosystem offers a systematic approach to create the ideal environment in which employees can thrive and contribute, by taking a strategic view on what is typically termed Human Resources or HR.

She is driven by a need to be purposeful and curious. Astute, efficient and professional, her strength lies in understanding the big picture and how all the elements play a part, and using that knowledge and capability to achieve successful outcomes through practical and insightful advice. Her ability to understand people, their motivations and influences, and provide insightful advice, is key to the work she does and to helping her clients.

Bianca is an active triathlete and keen cyclist, with an innate need to continually push her limits. Her love for health and wellbeing extends from her life to her friends and family and to her clients.
